• The room was nice and clean, and the interior of the hotel looks good.
• There is a warm indoor pool, which is a great bonus.
• A convenient shuttle bus to the city center runs on schedule.
• Overall, the staff are polite and willing to help.
• The hotel is located on a hill, so walking back to it isn’t a good idea.
• The breakfast was disappointing. I tried it once and decided not to go a second time because it wasn’t tasty.
• I was refused when I asked for coffee with oat or other plant-based milk — something I’ve never encountered in any other hotel, even when I offered to pay extra.
• The outdoor pool area needs renovation: some tiles are missing, and the walls look very worn out, wet, and peeling.
