Little out the way

The staff were very pleasant, the hotel is spotless clean, a variety of pools and the grounds are beautiful. We got an upgrade that made us happy and the room was unreal from layout to the decor.

The only thing i would say is that sunbeds at pool are very close together.

It was a great place to stay, the rooms, the food and the pool all top class. and close enough to walk into town, or take the shuttle or an uber if you needed to. Just a great, relaxing, and top class hotel.

perhaps the gym - if you drop in a squat rack and bench then its where we need it to be!

Not much really…

That was not a 5* experience. The floor of my room was dirty when I arrived, toilet paper rolled wasn’t new, the toilet paper halter was broken. The electrical outlet in the bathroom was completely falling apart and not usable , the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain at all, a half empty bottle of water in the mini fridge from another guest… stressed and annoyed waiters at the breakfast, messy buffet… incompetent staff: it took forever to get checked in even though I booked online and was by myself. I don’t know what took sooo long. Never experienced anything like that. When I asked how long the pool was open, one employee said 6pm, which is pretty early in August, the next employee said 5:30. Then I saw people still in the pool at 7 pm… other employees were pretty rude too. that’s not a 5* hotel. That was my last stay at a Hilton hotel.
