Everything . So comfortable . Everything we needed and the view was incredible . Love the welcome basket and fresh milk . Comfy beds and sofas .

Nothing at all . Oh possibly a nice air freshner would be nice but that's just my personal opinion . It is expensive but I know that reflects the times, the comfort and of course the amazing view

Fab location in Scarborough

Location, cleanliness, comfort, good nights sleep, large bedrooms, good bedding, 2 bathrooms, ease/friendliness of check and on site secure parking. Taylors Bar & Kitchen very good and pleasant staff

Parking on ground floor is all very tight between posts and large cars. Upper floor much better. The curtains and sofa although likely not cheap were dated in style and for the price would have liked furnishings to be much more modern. Felt disappointed in these when first walked in.

Staff were friendly

Would have preferred to have someone else take rubbish and recycling out. We banged our heads repeatedly on the cooker hood Corners of rug were a trip hazard

Apartment was lovely shame it was so so cold 😕

The property was spotless ,kitchen well supplied.

The central heating was set at 21 degrees,it did have a boost on to reach 23 degrees but the boost didn’t last for long. The problem was the windows was really drafty, it got really cold during the night l had to wedge the the bathroom door open as the radiator was running on electricity and we had to leave it on all the time to try and warm the bedrooms up.

Just what we needed.

Friendly staff. Good welcome basket. Clean and comfortable.

Some difficulties with holding open heavy (fire) doors when navigating my disabled mum’s wheelchair through them. A door stop - for temporary use - when trying to get in/out of the apartment would help (but I realise this could pose a fire risk if people don’t remove the doorstop).

Location superb giving amazing sea views and a short drive into Scarborough, comfortable and clean accommodation, spacious apartment, no internal noise from other guests, friendly and efficient reception, on site secure parking, lovely welcome basket and great onsite restaurant

Parking on this occasion quite tight, as in between posts and next to 2x big cars over there lines but we managed with some back and forth so could out of car on one side at least. Being picky, hard to get to plug socket near a mirror in main room, had to move furniture and no mirror in second room. Second room had no bedroom blind although thick curtains, the fixtures were there but the blind removed. Dining room table had some scratches across it too. Needed a table lamp in living room as option was main light (dimmer switch didnt work) or kitchen spots.

Great apartment fantastic views. Weather good even though October, made good use of the balcony. Bar shop and caffe on ground floor of apartment.

Couldn't find any local decent restaurants. Everything seems to come with chips!!

Disappointing view, despite booking a seaview room, we werent overlooking the sea.

Couldnt see the sea from inside the apartment, apart from on one seat next to the window,despite booking and paying for a seaview apartment. Our apartment overlooked a busy road and a grass hill from all windows.

I like to be prepared, so would've liked information about entering the car park, how a numbered bay is allocated and how to get to Reception. It was great that all doors were locked and accessed by intercom or fob, but a little baffling to start with.

I had to email for information on how to access the car pask etc. Not a hardship really.

A very needed break with lovely views in an amazing apartment

Well equipped, modern, amazing views

I thought I’d booked an apartment with 3 double rooms but one had twin beds that were very hard. I love the idea of a welcome basket but there were only coffee pods for 3 people and 2 bags of crisps between 6 people . There is only parking for one car and there were 6 of us. There were loads of free spaces during our stay but reception kept saying they were full. I appreciate some were privately owned, but I’m sure some weren’t. It cost £11.90 per day to park elsewhere. Then Sunday, they told us we could use car park 6. If you rent out apartments for 6 people then parking should be for 2 cars in my opinion.

Amazing Stay

This place is amazing. The apartment was outstanding, very clean and equipped with everything you could want. I had a two bedroomed with no sea view but there was a sneak peak of the sea between the buildings and it was so quiet. Coming back in 2 weeks and can't wait.
