Great location right in the Centre of Cannes. Lovely breakfast. Staff friendly.
No parking. Used local car park. Was a stop off zone in front to unload cases.

The room was small but layout was very thoughtful, with the entry area separating the bathroom & bedroom. The balcony overlooking the green area was also lovely.
Breakfast was underwhelming for the price. There were a variety of items but the quantities set out seemed absolutely miniscule, so we hesitated to eat as much as we normally would have. Maybe they were only expecting a few people to eat breakfast that day?

Location is excellent and the hotel is good value for money.
We had actually all booked balcony rooms but not all of our party (5 in total) received that. On room on the first room the shower from above leaked into the bathroom. This was reported but not actioned. We had issues checking out when told that, despite us prepaying for all rooms and only having to pay city tax on departure that 2 rooms were still to be paid in full.
