Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis

Beautiful property, restaurant variety was excellent, not too crowded, rooms were beautiful.

The property is missing a beauty salon.

This hotel is truly one of my favorite places for a staycation in Cairo, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed with exceptional hospitality, a warm atmosphere, and the kind of attention to detail that makes a five-star experience genuinely special. The entire team deserves the highest praise. From housekeeping to room service, reception, and concierge, every single member of staff is professional, attentive, friendly, and genuinely committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The level of service is outstanding, and it is clear that the team takes great pride in what they do. The hotel itself is absolutely spotless, with impeccable cleanliness throughout and beautifully maintained spaces. The location is fantastic, making it an excellent choice whether you are looking for a relaxing staycation or a comfortable base to enjoy Cairo. The food is another highlight. The quality is amazing, with delicious options that make every meal a pleasure. Combined with the incredibly comfortable bed, beautifully prepared room, and peaceful atmosphere, everything is designed to help you relax, recharge, and feel completely taken care of. What I appreciate most is the consistency. Exceptional service, immaculate surroundings, excellent food, and genuine hospitality are what make this hotel stand out. It is not simply about the facilities or the five-star rating; it is about the people and the experience they create for every guest. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious staycation in Cairo! Whether you are visiting for a special occasion or simply need a little escape from your daily routine, this hotel is an excellent choice. It remains one of my favorite places to unwind, and I look forward to returning again and again. A huge thank you to the entire team for always making the experience so wonderful. You truly make the difference!

Nothing

All is good, the pool access is thru the lobby, which is very inconvenient. But the staff were incredible, the rooms are beatiful and clean, the lobby is magical.

pool access, they need to make a door from the elevators to the back.

The location and how clean it was. Dina was very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The receptionist and the staff are not as welcoming and friendly. The room service was very slow. I had to ask twice to three times to replace the broken shower gel. One of the staff insisted on making the extra bed early even though I tried to reason with him about fixing the bed later at night.
