Impiana Beachfront Resort Patong, Phuket

Excellent location on the beach and close to everything. Very nice large rooms with nice Balcony. Very friendly staff, including Bank who is awesome. 24 hour security with visible presence. Only one of very few hotels located right on beach.

Breakfast was more Asian than western, but the omelettes were great.

We had a very warm welcome from the instant we arrived at the resort, the staff was very attentive not just at our arrival but also previously with our messaging. We entered the room to my husbands surprise for his 50th birthday, a special message laid on the bed. It made him felt so special which set the tone for our special trip. The Deluxe room was very spacious and Clean. The bed was very comfortable as with the pillows, The Bathroom is well laid out with good robe space and for your suitcase. Separate toilet and spacious shower. Loved the Pool, deeper than most others but still only standing height, it was also located on Beach side so you can still enjoy the beach from the hotel with a cocktail by your side, great service from the staff at the Pool bar, we had lunch there on a couple of occasions. Excellent location to the Beach and main town restaurants , bars and Bangla Road. Also, the rooms are very quiet, no street noise. Totally relaxed on this first week of our travel. Impiana Resort we definitely will come back to stay.

Breakfast selection was limited for a resort of its level (pastry selection needs to be improved), however, the quality of everything on offer was great, the best congee I have ever tasted. The sofas in the room needs updating and a table or Desk is needed in the room, only had a coffee table but this did not impede our experience.

Rooms could do with some renovation, our air cond broke down three times

Street noise made it difficult to sleep in room 216 , staff were not friendly, buffet breakfast was very average ,
