I stayed here after it was rebuilt after the Tsunami. We really enjoyed the facilities back then and really enjoyed them this time around, although it was a shame the spa had gone and I had to leave the resort for treatments. Other than that, it was everything I expected. As you can appreciate a lot has changed in 20 years and the surrounding area has been redeveloped and its a lot noisier than it was but the resort itself is great and located so well. We will be back again!!
Just that the spa had gone. I had the best facial ever in your day spa many years ago. I understand with the amount of massage facilities in such close proximity it probably wasn't viable to keep the spa.

Fantastic location. Breakfast has a good variety. Beds are comfy
Rooms needs some upgrades. Bathroom taps leak. Sun loungers and umbrellas are in need of replacement.

Location was good close to everything
Street noise made it difficult to sleep in room 216 , staff were not friendly, buffet breakfast was very average ,
