Would go back there

Really really good breakfast, safe parking right outside the room, very calm location. There is a renovation ongoing but they manage not to let that bother the guests, and provide free soft drinks all day long to make up for the inconvenience. Clean and large spaces, comfortable beds, value for money. Also nice own terrace and large back yard. I can recommend it and would go back there.

No airconditioning, which is a problem on warm summer nights, but fortunately we had taken a few fans with us, so we slept all right. But that's only feasible if you travel by car, without our fans I would probably have complained about the missing of airco. With airco I would have given a 9 instead of an 8. A minor minus was that half of the sockets in our room weren't working, but there were still enough functioning sockets and we did have an extension cord with us as well, so we were able to manage that too.

the rooms upstairs aren’t very kid-friendly. they have balconies but the railing isn’t childproof. also the entrance door can’t be locked from the inside and can be opened from the inside by any toddler.

Great views

Location was great with amazing views. Very good breakfast and entire hotel very clean. Size of room was super. Nice detail with free software drinks on tap available throughout the hotel and free electric car parking.

Hotel was very busy with business people coming in every morning for conferences and team building events, so not really a chill or relaxed atmosphere for a holiday . Smoking area was right next to entrance, would be better around the corner away from 'judgment' and arriving guests. No coffee facilities in the room or anywhere else in the hotel after 6pm,which was a shame. Also no mini fridge, safe or kettle in the room.

Online bookings do not seem to make it to the reception/reservation desk

The Location and restaurant facilities were adequate considering it's a conference hotel venue

Although we had booked for a stay with a dog, the reception appeared to be caught off guard and had to hunt around for a 'dog' friendly room. It took 35 minutes for a room to be allocated. A last minute room was finally found. It turns out that this room's phone did not work. When I called using my mobile the receptionist " was very busy and asked to call the next morning. the next day the repair man came with a new phone but it seems the line was not working!!!
