Excellent short stay and would like to come again.

The staff were a credit to their organisation and had a wonderful feel for the little details that could add to guest experience. They went into a lot of trouble to explain things at check in. Very nice to be remembered from last year’s visit. Flexibility shown about parking when I checked in too.

If one is being ultra critical, the price would be relatively expensive for some, but one does not mind that too much if well looked after during the stay.

Incredible sunset view

Great location next to the Sun Beach, first line with terrace on the roof. Incredible view from the sea view room - sunset side - you can meet it just in your room. Light grey interior, fit well to the view. Coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was full, delicious pancakes.

I would appreciate sleepers and bathrobe included. Also i can hear some sounds from other rooms and first line on the sea means load music in the beach club till 11pm

The rooms were modern, liked the terrace. Bathrooms were nice. Breakfast and dining area were nice.

Didn't know how to turn on lights. Construction impacted arrival and understanding how to get in building. Didn't know where to park.

Minor remarks, but overall a relaxing stay

Nice and extensive breakfast. I'm a picky eater but I had lots of good options to choose from. I was very pleasantly surprised! The wellness room was great to have. Nice sauna; seems small for during busy summer months, but at this time of year it was perfect. I also appreciated that bottles of cold water were provided in this room. The room was well equipped: beautiful shower, a full-length mirror, a lot of closet space, a safe, and including a fridge, a bottle of water and a coffee machine (all included in the price).

I found a couple of hairs under the sheets when I stepped into the bed, which made me feel like the room might not have been cleaned as well as it should have. Saw no other big issues when it came to cleanliness. The wellness room wasn't 100% relaxing: (1) the sound of the vents or maybe even the lighting (?) was really overwhelming - it would be nice to have some relaxing music on in there; (2) I did miss a way to cool off after a sauna visit (like a cold shower or ice water bucket), the showers only provided hot water. Unfortunately there was work going on right in front of the hotel, so there was quite a lot of noise (which seemed to start around 6.30am already). I assume they're working on it now since it's off-season, so I guess this wouldn't be the case during summer months. However, the heating/vent systems also made a lot of noise to the point it was really disturbing (a constant loud buzzing, both in the room as well as in the hallways).

Welcoming, good hotel on the Blankenberge seafront promenade

+ We booked a family room with a cot and everything was set up as I requested, except that the room type was wrong. They gave us the wrong size family room but the receptionist was luckily able to move us to another room. He also moved the cot for us. He very kindly helped with our luggage upon check-out. + Breakfast buffet is good with good variety. + Location cannot be beaten. + Reception and breakfast staff is very friendly and helpful. + Room was clean and nicely decorated.

- The entrance to the parking and the parking spaces are very small, but it is still better than having to park in the street, esp. when it's peak holiday season. Big cars /SUVs won't fit into the parking spaces.
