AX ODYCY Hotel

We stayed at AX ODYCY for eight nights at the beginning of October and had an absolutely amazing time during our stay in Malta! We used the hotel as a base to explore the island, and it was the perfect place to return to after a day of travelling around. The hotel itself is unbelievable, with outstanding facilities and five-star service throughout. We were travelling with our five-month-old baby, so it was fantastic to be able to enjoy both the indoor and outdoor pools as a family. The indoor poor was very handy for us to avoid with the daily sun and high temperatures with our son. We also took turns to relax at the adults-only pool during the day. A special thank you to our housekeepers Ashish, Nargo, and his supervisor, Ragat , for looking after us so well throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure our room was always well looked after, with fresh towels and all the amenities we needed. We really appreciated the regular updates and the care and attention they showed us each day. An extra-special thank you to Ashish for the wonderful towel animals he created for us! It became a lovely little surprise each day, and we always looked forward to returning to our room to see what animal would be waiting for us next. Such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more memorable! All the staff were amazing, the facilities were exceptional, and the service was everything you would expect from a five-star hotel. We were also lucky enough to receive an upgrade on check-in, which was a fantastic start to our holiday! We genuinely couldn’t rate our stay highly enough. Thank you to everyone!!

Food was very good. Sunday lunch in particular nice pool areas.

Not all the Bars were included as part of all inclusive. The fact the main Bar stopped serving all inclusive at 11pm - drinks were then charged for. You couldnt take a drink from the bar to the buffet for dinner without being asked to put it in plastic cups.

Amazing amenities for all ages. Out toddler loved it here, and we did too. Gorgeous ocean view, pool area was amazing and everything was clean. Breakfast was unreal. Waterslides, play place, and everything was lovely. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Would totally stay here again if we go back to Malta!

The room was very good, The roof floor view was nice. Foods and drinks were so-so.

Someone hacked your website and gain access to all of my personal data, according to GDPR you were responsible for the data safety, even when I informed you about this security incident via booking.com chat, you simply deleted the chat history without any response !!! Swimming pool was small and dirty (specially the one in the underground floor), Gym was small with low facilities. Roof floor was half functional and not clean.
