The hotel looks amazing, everything was nice and clean. Breakfast running from 5:30 until 11:00, that was superb. Every single staff member that we interacted with was polite, helpful, and smiling. Felt like a movie sometimes :D.
We had half-board (breakfast and dinner). The food was actually tasty (unlike some hotel food). Huge variety, did not get boring even after a week. I especially liked the local food offer.
Special thanks to Reena and Rajat for daily checkups of our room and needs. Jelena at the reception was our first contact; it was one of the best reception experiences so far. Thank you so much.
The price was the same off-season as in-season. The pool was not supervised, turning into kids playground sometimes.

This was our second time at this hotel, and we had a great time again. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to relax for a few days, with good services and restaurants close to the hotel. The atmosphere is nice, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is fantastic. The same goes for the nearby restaurants connected to the hotel! The hotel also made up for my wrong booking by giving me a better room, which made our stay even better. Last year I said we would come back, and now I can say the same thing!
There were a few minor technical issues with the room that need some maintenance. I’m not deducting any points for this, because if someone doesn’t report it, the management wouldn’t even know.

Hotel design, staff (thank you Mary Lou), breakfast and dinner, quiet rooms, large balcony. The relaxing atmosphere in the lobby.
I didn't find anything unpleasant. I appreciate that coming here, three years in a row, everything good has been preserved.

Not too much.
We booked the comfort room, it has seen better days. The breakfast is the same every day, boring :(
Not the best value for that price.
We had quite windy days, it was impossibile to open the balcony door, because the wind was blowing so loud through the whole floor.
