AX ODYCY Hotel

The hotel was really clean with lots of facilities, whether it be restaurants, swimming pools and bar facilities! We only went self catering so only used some of the restaurants linked to the hotel outside!

It was really busy, but this is not the hotels fault! Couldn’t get anywhere near a sunbed on the roof as it was so busy! Even when we went up there at 10am. The towel card systems needs re-thinking particularly for the roof pool as you need to go down to reception and then go back up to the roof with the card to get a towel. The hotel is card only which is not a problem really but being able to pay cash as well would help.

Half the plug sockets in our room (927) just didn’t work. The hotel has a policy for guests not to put towels onto sun loungers early to get the best places… this clearly wasn’t enforced. As most days the same people had got the same places. So by the time you come up from breakfast to get lounger all the best spaces surprisingly got bagged by the same people each day. It seems mildly frustrating as even when coming up earlier on the last couple of days those loungers were still taken… so the hotel needs to enforce their policy for the loungers.

there wsn't tons to d locally but we were unlucky with bad weather to be fair

The room was very good, The roof floor view was nice. Foods and drinks were so-so.

Someone hacked your website and gain access to all of my personal data, according to GDPR you were responsible for the data safety, even when I informed you about this security incident via booking.com chat, you simply deleted the chat history without any response !!! Swimming pool was small and dirty (specially the one in the underground floor), Gym was small with low facilities. Roof floor was half functional and not clean.
