Spacious room good location, nice indoor and outdoor pools

It is comfortable and most of all clean. Bit outdated decor but has spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were all extremely helpful, especially the receptionist on our arrival. They even accomodated us for an extra night last minute.
We had a full blown kitchen with appliances, which is comfortable with kids but it would have been nice to have 2 sachets of coffee to start off until you go to a nearby shop. The indoor pool facilites were also good and we enjoyed a swim. The view is breathtaking and sitting on the terrace was just the highlight! The kids loved it too.
Although they do not serve breakfast, we enjoyed a scrumptious breakfast at their sister hotel across the road.

Room was large. The bedroom door closed for extra privacy. Bed was comfortable. Nice kitchenette. Lots of elevators to get up to our floor. Ideal location! Walked to the waterfront and Tourist Street for many food choices. Staff was very friendly. Reception was open 24 hours. Pools and gym were close.
Gym didn't open until 9 am. Hot tub wasn't hot which was a little disappointing. Only one pillow for each on bed, but it was big.

I liked the location of the hotel to local restaurants also not being far away from where I needed to go
The first room we got was small and the ac wasn’t working we then had upgraded the room (at a fee) which was more spacious and ac was working but it had a smell of dust which wasn’t too pleasant
