My stay was pleasant and I enjoyed the experience of staying in this hotel.

I liked the peace and quiet of the hotel and the staff were friendly, courteous and polite which makes all the difference.

Clean, spacious, noisy room

This hotel provides a clean, and functional base for a stay in Benidorm. The room, while slightly outdated, was comfortable and offered a pleasing view. It’s located next to the Bus Station and the availability of free parking is a major advantage. However, guests must be aware of a critical structural issue: the walls offer virtually no sound insulation. We experienced extreme noise transmission, including clear conversations, laughter, and persistent coughing from adjacent rooms that continued until next morning.

However, prospective guests looking to visit the primary Benidorm entertainment areas (East and West) should be aware that the hotel is located a bit far, situated up in the mountain. A solution will be taking a taxi which should not be expensive.

Friendly staff

No cattle, coffee in the room. No many programs on the TV. Very loud outside as there is a main bus station and train going not far. Also no restaurant or a proper bar. Breakfast is OK but not what we would expect on 4 star hotel. No view except buses and buildings

Decent stay and price overall had a good time

Good spacious rooms, nice clean pool area. Free parking is always a bonus. Staff were friendly and the hotel is clean

The only issue we have is location. It’s not the end of the world as you can get buses regularly but it’s just a shame you can’t walk to much. Mainly heat during the walk into town was hard so might be easier in the cooler months

Great good and buffet variety. Friendly staff and great customer service skills from the waitresses. Room cleaned, fresh towels, and beds made every day, including putting our children's teddies on their pillow. Hotel not too busy, easy use of pool and facilities. Free parking.

Flies around the food. Guests cough without covering their mouth around the buffet food. Rooms a little dated.

Everything excellent.

Big comfy beds. Excellent hot and powerful shower. Shorter walk than expected to beach/old town. Taxi available from reception within a couple of minutes. Very helpful staff. Very clean.

Needs A Refurb.

The hotel was OK, it had great parking and was far enough away from the center so you got no noise. Bed was comfortable.

The reception area is realy showing signs of age, sofa were spil and cushions distorted. Guests were allowed to walk around reception with no tops on and no shoes on.

Great free parking available and easy to find

Requested a head to have room for 1pm. When arrived at 1.15 asked to wait 1hr. So went for some lunch and went back and still made to wait another 30mins.

Everything was good, the food was quite tasty and varied, the room was large, the air conditioning coped with the heat, the pool was also good, the staff was helpful. It's 30 min on foot to the Levante beach in a straight line.

Really enjoyable stay. I'd visit again.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Lovely, clean room and view. Nice, quiet pool. It's built on the coach station and coaches run every hour from the airport for 9.80 euros.

There's nothing I didn't like but maybe if they laid on a free minibus service to Levante beach then it would save a long walk but taxis are available outside.
