The breakfast was amazing and the best part of our stay. Lots of choice, continually good quality and all the Brazilian classics. We booked this hotel so we could use the gym and the pool, the pool was great (though limited sun on it because of the surrounding buildings). We also really liked all the staff and found the room to be spacious and comfortable.
The gym is okay, some broken items and not enough free weights - but decent for what you expect at a hotel.

Well located. Big rooms and a nice breakfast.
Run down. Some areas even a little shabby. Details not taken care of. Ex: the safe box wasn’t working; the soap bottle was empty. The electronic keys were continuously in need to be recharged. In general, difficult….
