Was a 10/10 experiene, only downside is that you still pay for parking at a discounted rate as a guest with day passes but otherwise very good

It was an easy check in but when it comes to staff the one hotel front desk clerk was a bit unwelcoming once she found out my wife was South African. Complete mannerism change and then from there everything was complicated.
1. They gave us the wrong room and argued that we didn’t check that room. Once I pulled it up on Agoada they just gave me blank stares and said there were no available beds. Which is okay but when asked would be possible to get an estimated time on when rooms will be available. Answer looked at me said no. They didn’t even check with or make an effort to contact anyone. What really made me angry they gave us a key it had a new room number so we asked is this a new room. Girl said yes. Then went to that room
And it is unavailable. Went back down and was shocked that they didn’t care and it was our third time down dragging our shit to the front desk. At this point I am just like Christ. Why is it always an issue w request.
