Staff couldn’t have more helpful, location was excellent, breakfast had extensive selection.
Bed was a bit hard and pillow too high however staff provided a replacement.

The location is really great, in walking distance to many of the famous buildings in Istanbul.
The hotel has a roof terrasse where breakfast is served, so you can have breakfast with a nice view. Breakfast is ok.
The staff at reception was very friendly and attempted to help with any inquiries - sometimes with success, sometimes not.
The door to our balcony did not lock and that problem could not be fixed.
The Internet worked sometimes, but more often not. If it worked it was weak.
The TV did not work and when I reported this to reception I was informed that was a problem for the entire hotel. I tried to report this with the hotel telephone - which also did not work. Perhaps it is time for a new telcom to engage.
There was a small fridge in the room, when I opened it an awful smell came out. I had to open the balcony door to get the smell out of the room. Then it was of course handy that the door did not lock anyway.
Altogether, a bit of investment in infrastructure really is necessary.
