Xigia Beach Residence villas

Un établissement exceptionnel, bénéficiant d’un emplacement tout simplement remarquable. Nous avions choisi le nord de Zakynthos afin de nous éloigner de l’affluence touristique, et c’est exactement ce que nous recherchions. La villa se situe dans une résidence sécurisée, où le calme est absolu. On n’entend ni la route, ni les voisins. Le seul petit point qui pourrait être amélioré serait d’installer des séparations un peu plus hautes entre les terrasses. En effet, il n’est pas rare de croiser le regard des voisins lorsque l’on est dans la piscine ou simplement en tenue décontractée, ce qui réduit quelque peu l’intimité. La piscine privée est un véritable atout. Elle permet de profiter d’une vue magnifique tout en se baignant. L’équipement de la maison est de très bonne qualité et la décoration sont particulièrement soignés. Les chambres et la salle de bain sont agréables, avec un style moderne et chaleureux qui donne beaucoup de charme à l’ensemble. Le seul reproche que l’on pourrait formuler est que la villa n’est pas très grande. Cela dit, l’espace reste largement suffisant pour passer un agréable séjour. Quant au rapport qualité-prix, je trouve le tarif un peu élevé au regard de la superficie. Cependant, il faut reconnaître que la vue exceptionnelle, le calme et l’emplacement privilégié justifient en partie ce prix. Enfin, un mot pour les propriétaires, qui sont particulièrement disponibles et réactifs. Ils sont intervenus très rapidement lorsque nous en avons eu besoin et ont toujours répondu à nos questions avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’efficacité. En résumé, c’est une très belle adresse que je recommande sans hésiter à celles et ceux qui recherchent un séjour paisible dans un cadre magnifique.

If you're in luck and they are available - don't hesitate, just book! Absolutely everything was perfect, it's a real gem hidden away in the quiet north of Zakynthos. The view is phenomenal and everything has been thought of to the very last detail. There's even a well-stocked wine cooler! Kiriaki and Niko were incredible hosts, from the complimentary welcome basket, to being on call for anything I needed and especially for helping book the most amazing massage which I could enjoy in the villa. They offer some wonderful and unique experiences (private boat trips, horse-riding) and are there to ensure you enjoy every moment of your stay with them. Mary and Vladimir kept the place absolutely spotless and everybody was just so kind, you're always greeted with warmth and a smile. I couldn't have enjoyed my stay more, I can't wait to come back! Thank you again!

Having to leave!

This accommodation is absolutely gorgeous. We stayed in the Deluxe Villa for two weeks. Kiriaki and Nikos are excellent hosts, they will help you with anything you need but also leave you to enjoy it in peace if that’s what you want. We didn’t hire a car initially and Kiriaki was kind enough to take us to the local town to get our supplies and hire a car, we had never experienced kindness like it from someone we’d never met before! I enjoyed driving around to explore the island and it was wonderful to have such a lovely place to come back to. The pool is cleaned every day and the apartment is cleaned frequently. The cupboards are stocked with appliances and anything you might need to cook nice meals, and there are three tavernas nearby. We recommend the one directly opposite which has a real Greek atmosphere; we looked forward to our dinners there. There are three beaches, two with snack places and the third has a food station run by Nikos also walking distance. Kiriaki runs a food station as well at the top of it all, her gyros was a regular meal for us! We had the chicken one and the falafel one and they were both delicious. We really loved it here, it deserves its high rating. The villas are behind an electric security gate which makes you feel really secure as well. We really recommend this accommodation and these hosts. We drove all around the island and think this is the best accommodation on Zakynthos to have as a base for adventures or for staying put. Perfectly situated, great view over one of the quieter beaches on the island. Well appointed villa with ideal pool for a family. Hosts couldn’t be nicer.
