Jedná se o starší, ale příjemný byt kousek od centra. Hned vedle je pěkné dětské hřiště, za rohem je obchod s dlouhou otevírací dobou. Město je příjemné pro děti se spoustou pěkných hřišť, koupalistem s tobogány nebo bobovou dráhou. Vídeň je cca hodinu cesty vlakem. Takže se jedná o místo, kde se dá strávit pěkná rodinná dovolená za rozumnou cenu.
