About this bed and breakfast
New Outdoor Living Room! Cook, Dine, relax in privacy and comfort in Nature. Tranquil, serene, romantic natural garden setting with magnificent view 50 miles westward, overlooking the Hudson River Valley. Contemporary furnishings. Quiet, private on 12 acres.
Many fine restaurants, a movie theatre, art galleries, antique stores, wine shops, pick-your-own fruits and vegetables farmer's markets. etc. etc. Hotchkiss Golf Course is open to the public.
Please ask about stays longer than 5 nights or extra beds. (Rental price includes two guests, one bed. Additional fees apply for more guests and additional beds.)
Pets (well behaved) are welcome, one time fee: $65 per pet and must be leashed at all times. They may not be left unattended.
We have security cameras on the driveway for safety.
Because we think these things are personal, we do not provide shampoo or tooth paste, so bring your own toiletries.
We are available to assist you at your convenience...your privacy is paramount. We hope you will commune with nature in your own way.
There are no unauthorized guests allowed on the property.
During Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, rental is a minimum of 3 days.

The property and the surrounding area are beautiful. The owners are very friendly and helpful.
The rental is actually the lower half of the owner's home. It was spotlessly clean and almost everything worked. The one thing that didn't work was the lock on the entry door. It appears to lock, but if you give it a good pull it will open.
I would stay again.

We had such a relaxing and peaceful trip. The property was beautiful with the most breath taking views, especially at sunset! The “mountain retreat” was so clean and beautifully decorated! We loved it and would highly recommend it to couples! ❤️

We had a very nice time. Very relaxing quiet and serene location. Highly recommended for couples looking to get away. Owners were very responsive and nice.

The property is beautiful and thoughtfully landscaped to provide privacy and access to recreational area. Paul and Juliana were both a pleasure to communicate with - I can’t wait to go back! :)
