3 bedroom beachfront/oceanfront condo steps to the beach, includes 3 bedrooms, two ocean view balconies, new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cable television on a flat screen TV, wireless internet, all in a quiet, secure building on Grand Beach (the Pine Point side of Old Orchard).

Two parking passes and access to the on-site heated pool also included.

Open concept condo on the seventh floor with elevator. Spectacular views, spacious oceanfront deck and side deck,off from dining room, and bedrooms. Plenty of closets and storage space. Well stocked kitchen. very clean and comfortable. Our biggest disappointment was the pool closure. Host was great!

We truly enjoyed our two month stay. The condo was fully equipped and immediately felt like home. Mark was great to deal with and was very helpful in recommending local restaurants, stores, etc. The view was wonderful and the beach was perfect. We'll be back!

Just completed our terrific vacation at this beachfront property. The views are amazing, the indoor pool is great on rainy days, and the location is perfect for relaxation. The condo is lovely: the new sofas, oven and Television are great and the washer and dryer are much appreciated. The owners are accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this wonderful OOB rental.
