About this house rental
You are looking for a quiet rental for your holidays, we suggest you rent our gîte "Le Moulin" in the middle of our Normandy countryside.
Our cottage, with a maximum capacity of 4 people, consists of a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge area with TV, a bathroom with WC, upstairs a landing serving 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds), a pleasure garden and private parking.
Perfectly equipped, the cottage has a fridge / freezer, hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker , a toaster, a kettle, an iron, a television,….
Free WIFI access
We can provide you, free of charge, with a cot for children under 3 and a high chair.
The Gite "Le Moulin" is located in the town of Saint Vaast sur Seulles, in the center of the tourist places of Calvados.
5 km from all shops,
During your stay, you will be able to discover:
The charm of the town of Bayeux with its cathedral, museums and tapestry 18 kms away,
The history of the city of Caen with its castle, the memorial, ... 25 kms away,
The many landing beaches and their museums 28 kms (Arromanches les Bains),
Castles, abbeys, mansions and priories of Bessin,
Mont Saint Michel 100 kms away,
The Channel Islands (Alderney, Guernsey, Jersey and Sark) are accessible after an hour crossing from Barneville-Carteret or Diélette,
The Chaussey Islands from Granville,
And for children you have:
Festyland amusement park 15 kms away,
Bayeux Aventures Park and Laby Bayeux Park 18 kms away,
Jurques Zoo 25 kms away,
And many sports and leisure activities in the vicinity (equestrian leisure activities, mini-golf, paragliding, hot air ballooning, bungee jumping, nautical activities, etc.),
Numerous hiking and cycling routes in the surrounding area, in particular the cycle route "From the Landing beaches to Mont-Saint-Michel",
Every Friday evening (in July and August), you will have the opportunity to enjoy the Ports en Bessin night market, and 3 times a week a night show is projected on the tree of freedom in Bayeux (near the Cathedral).
For weekly rentals: rental from Saturday to Saturday.
Arrival possible from 5 p.m.,
Departure no later than 10 a.m.
A deposit of € 200 will be required upon arrival of your stay, upon delivery of the keys.
It will be returned to you at the time of the exit inventory, after deduction of any possible repair.

Cleaning package at the exit: 30 €
Sheet package - single bed: € 7 per bed
Sheet package - double bed: € 12 per bed
Linen package: € 8 (2 tea towels, 1 hand towel, 1 bath mat, 2 bath sheets and 2 hand towels)

Das Hais ist für vier Personen ausreichend. Das Bad müsste mal renoviert werden. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist ok.
