We love the lush greenery surrounding the entire property. Very peaceful, charming and tranquil. The services provided by all the staffs that we encountered are commendable.

Lacking of activities especially in the evening or night. Unfortunately the TV in our room wasn’t friendly to activate.

Spacious

The menu became boring after 7 days

The property itself was beautiful and had great views. The service was exceptional.

It definitely wasn’t luxury. The rooms were good, but the spa was not. The “hot” water was warm, there was one restaurant open with mediocre food, like everything came out cold. The taste wasn’t there, the temperature was off, the selection on the menu itself was okay. For breakfast, half of the food was room temp, the coffee was cold, but the made to order egg station was the savior. All in all, it felt like this was a new resort that wasn’t ready to open yet. I’m not sure if that’s the case, but they have a lot to work on before charging this kind of luxury price.
