The staff, pool, location.
The restaurant for the western option was strange. The tables were coffee tables so eating was difficult.

Location in the middle of mountains and forest.
Very finicky about items at the room - charged us for taking the laundry bags for our used clothes!

The location is absolutely gorgeous, and Melia Bavi Mountain Retreat is a beautiful place to stay, with a wonderfully kind, helpful and cheerful team. The food is excellent, and the walks nearby are lovely.
