There is a small kitchen downstairs. There is no oven, just 2 burners cooking machine. The place is tidy, there is a family there that takes care of cleaning and removing the trash.

There are some people living there permanently on the upper floor. We noticed a washing machine on the staircase and used it once. There was no notice saying it's not for public use. The second day a woman came yelling at us to pay 30 Zlots 'cause we used their private washer. We didn't know we were not supposed to use it, nobody told us. When I confronted the owner about this, she rudely replied that we didn't ask and that it's cheap anyway. I was baffled. Were we supposed to ask if we can use the fridge too? I asked, she had no answer. The second evening, the machine was rolling until 23:00 o'clock. The whole place was shaking from the centrifuge. There was no way one could sleep on the upper 2 floors. We booked for 7 nights, but left earlier. The initial room we received was so small we called the owner and said we would like to change it, otherwise we leave. The first reaction was to let us know we get no money back. :) She said everything is full, which was obviously not true, since there are 9 rooms in the villa and we only saw 5 "groups" there, us and "residents" included. However, the second day we did receive another room, 2 sqm larger. We decided to accept it, but still left early. Other than that, Wifi was poor in the room. Sometimes it worked, sometimes not. The place is located 2.5 km from center Zakopane.
