The pillows could have firmer. The staff was not very informative and was not very polite. We had to pay a security deposit. And we asked for a handicap room, it was not available.

Clean rooms, clean pool. Friendly staff. The breakfast was decent with multiple options. Great location.
Some carpet areas may need to be repaired, cleaned, or updated. The mattress was not the most comfortable.

The room layout, very very lovely. And the neatness. Staff were very courteous. Next door to the mall.
The breakfast.
The breakfast didn’t have much variety. I would have loved to have scrambled eggs with toast for breakfast or potatoes with scrambled eggs etc.

It was convenient. Rooms spacious. Breakfast decent
The staff was not helpful. They gave us one word answers We asked for towels and were told we are on the schedule. What time who knows . After waiting for 11/2 hrs we had to track down an employee. Room was never cleaned and coffee was not replenished. We were there for 3 nights. We would not recommend to future relatives who are going to visit.
