    Upon arrival I was met with a very prompt and courteous staff who gladly helped me through the check-in process. However, once I reached my room I discovered it was still occupied and was met with an understandably hostile tenant. Correcting this, I went downstairs and was provided another room down the hall, however the key card was not working. I would later discover that the safety lock was not working on this room and as such had the running fear that someone could or would be able to waltz into my room just as I had done. Furthermore, the first 2 days of my stay were met with brown-ish water from the shower and sink (notices were placed throughout the building but still inconvenient overall. Lastly, though the AC was on its coldest setting, the room never seemed to stay cold leading to some disturbed sleep. (Repair men were onsite as I was leaving) Again, the staff was very friendly and as such I hate leaving a negative, albeit, truthful review -- though little was done to improve this negative experience. The area is great, with many restaurants accessible within walking distance... just be mindful that these establishments are closed on Sunday/Monday.
