The property manager actually called me to see if we needed anything !!! Location is Perfect
the beds are horrendous! ugh spend a few dollars and get some nice mattresses please!
a wagon for the beach would be a nice touch too.

It was quiet & everyone was friendly! The private beach access was a plus too!!
Definitely not enough space or any place to hang up your towels/bathing suits.

This townhouse was in a great location on Siesta Key from its proximity to the Village and beach. We enjoyed being able to walk & bike most places. The community seemed friendly as many guests would sit on their front patios throughout the day.
Unit 311 needs to be thoroughly cleaned! There is a major roach problem that forced us to avoid the kitchen. Blankets housed in the closets had crumbs and a spill from previous guests were left folded within the blankets. Walls are filthy in the guest bedroom from feet being propped on walls and not wiped down and the master shower has white slimy soap scum floating around the walls.
