Despite booking the cheapest room, there was still plenty of space for us and the rain shower was very enjoyable. The room was well sound-proofed. The staff did their best to help us, and the location and hotel felt very safe.
The breakfast was expensive, so we chose to eat out every morning. The lights had also been incorrectly programmed in our room, so the 'reading light' option meant having overhead lights on, and different lights turned on depending on which switch you used.
The biggest detraction is that it was a 15 minute walk from the metro, and not very close to any of the 'sights', so we spent a lot of time commuting or taking taxis.

Professional and kind staff, lobby and rooms are clean and new, well equipped

Room is a little small but clever use of space. Nicely decorated, comfy bed and pillows, very nice location being near a mall with plenty of food options. Highly recommended!
Corridor seems to smell a little perhaps due to the age of the building, but doesn’t get into the rooms, so everything is good!
