Loved the location to everything, even a supermarket was in the next parking lot!!

No assigned parking spots. Had to park two buildings away late at night with small kids. Having the table set was dangerous. And needs a chain on the door so little kids can’t escape.

The space was terrific. Room sizes were generous. Washer dryer in unit worked easily. Ample parking. Minutes to local parks. Nice sized swimming pools. Nearby supermarket and restaurants. The answering service for questions had a real human answering the calls.

I got the access codes later than I would have liked but the rental service picked up immediately after I called them and got me sorted. The master bedroom furniture is too large for the room , making walking around the bed a little hazardous for bumping into the edge of the bed. Otherwise, the unit is great

fixing the room during our stay was for a charge of 150 USD, which is too high. We stayed there 5 nights

The resort was located next to a shopping mall which also contained various restaurants. It was also minutes from Universal Studio and Disney World.

Host forgot to give the entire Gate and Door Codes. Gate Code had an # after the 4-digit number and the Door Code had a # before the 6-digit code. The remote controls to operate the televisions in the bedrooms was very difficult. Had to get assistance from technical support. One remote control had to be replaced. One of the remote controls in the living room was broken but operable. I pointed that out to the technician.
