Regra geral foi boa, localização muito boa.
Apartamento precisando de alguns ajustes, trocar as camas que estão quase que inutilizáveis, verificar algumas tomadas que não estão funcionando.

Trás conforto para o essencial, só tive dificuldade devido ao fogão estar quebrado kk, fora isso, bom.
