Lokalizacja, przestronność, czystość w mieszkaniu. Pełny asortyment. Pomimo dwóch niedogodności opisanych poniżej wszystko na najwyższym poziomie 😉 właścicielka przemiła i sympatyczna 😉
Z zewnątrz mieszkania nie wygląda ciekawie-stara nieodnowiona kamienica. Rozkładane łóżko z sofy nie nadawało się do użytku, chyba zostało złamane😉

Dobra lokalizacja. Tramwaje blisko, można było również pospacerować. Sklepiki spożywcze również blisko. Po drugiej stronie budynku rosną drzewa i śpiew ptaków było słychać od rana. Niezbyt uciążliwy hałas uliczny. Polecam miejscówkę.
