The property is very well kept, clean and tidy. The landlords are very friendly and helpful and live next door just a few steps away. Wether you need an extra towel or just directions to the nearest mail box, their door is always open. The rooms are clean and functional and everything, you need, is there.
The apartment with balcony is not really an apartment. It has no door. Basically you have two separate rooms off the landing with a bathroom in the middle. So if you had a shower and are on your way to the bedroom, chances are, someone from downstairs looking up will see you. It also means that you have to lock up each room individually over night (or when going out) and lock yourself in the bedroom.
