There’s a reason this place has an amazing rating! Chad is the most generous host - going above and beyond for his guests! The condo was tidy and comfortable. I stayed there for a week while working in the area. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at one of Chad’s places again.

The host was very welcoming, He had breakfast items for us when we arrived! Great communication! The condo was clean, comfortable & cozy. Perfect location for us. We enjoyed our stay!!!

Chad was great!! The place was beautiful - great location. Loved the extra breakfast food on arrival . Shower was out of this world!!! 5 star would definitely stay again!!!!

We loved our stay here! Chad was a very communicative and thoughtful host. We were able to check in early to an immaculately clean condo. The balcony view was wonderful, the kitchen the area felt safe, the neighbors were quiet, and the reserved parking spot was near the stairs for easy access. We will definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.
