We really liked the quiet around, the calm atmosphere of the suburbs. The supermarket nearby had everything we needed from ready made meals for microwave to delicious cheeses and special mini deserts and fresh berries 🍒 The rooms in the apartment were cosy with comfortable beds. Wifi worked well. It was clean, there was a welcoming package that contained some tea, coffee and milk. The kids really enjoyed the welcoming cookies.
The instructions on how to get the keys should be modified so they contain pictures or something that can help people coming after the sunset, especially when the office of the assistants is closed. As we came at around 22:00,it was dark, the instructions didn't help, the assistants telephone didn't answer, so we couldn't find the safe with the keys. We were really lucky to meet a kind Samaritan who came out to throw trash and he occasionally knew where the safe was. Later we also realised we didn't actually know the apartment number, the number on the key said 84, the number in our first booking letter was 15. It took us 20 mins to get to check the recent mail from the owner where the number was 89. All in all we spent 1 hour trying to get into the apartment. Very tiresome and a bit scary, as we felt we had to spend the night outside with a 7 year old child. Luckily it didn't happen but it felt really unpleasant. Another thing to fix is the washing machine - it was making such noise we were scared to bother the neighbours. I would recommend checking it.

The location is great. The apartment is located directly next to Kew Bridge train station where you can take a train to Waterloo in 30 mins. There is also an Underground station around 10 mins by foot as well, so getting into central London is very straightforward. We were also very close to Richmond and Ealing, where there are several nice venues for brunch and dinner, as well as some stunning pubs. We were very happy with the apartment itself- it was spacious, clean, warm and was equipped with everything we needed. We were very comfortable in the apartment.
While the listing stated that no parking was available, I received an email from RoomSpace advising that I should contact them if I needed assistance with parking. I did so in advance, but was informed there was no parking available, with little consideration given to our circumstances. For context, we were a party of four, travelling with my elderly mother-in-law, who is partially disabled. On arrival, a resident opened the car gate, so I called the out-of-hours number for clarification. I was informed that there were not enough key fobs for all guests at Kew Bridge Court and that I should have given more than 48 hours’ notice—something I had already attempted to do via email. During our stay, I noticed that there were several empty parking bays within the compound, which made the insistence that no parking was available quite frustrating. The overall response felt dismissive, and the lack of adequate arrangements for guests with vehicles—particularly those travelling with elderly or disabled family members—made things unnecessarily difficult. Fortunately, I was able to park nearby in a residential area for the first three days, and later I was allowed to park within the compound without being charged, which was very much appreciated. However, I strongly recommend that RoomSpace ensure there are sufficient key fobs available for all guests staying at Kew Bridge Court. Aside from the parking situation, our stay was excellent, and without this issue, it would have been perfect.
