The location is really the best aspect. It's tiny but it has everything and also good storage capacity. I have to say that the host was amazing. He helped a lot and was always available for info and instructions.
The bed wasn't comfortable for me personally, the daylight is very limited due to the proximity to the surrounding buildings, but it was ok. All the rest was really good.

I had a very nice stay in this apartment. The location is excellent—very central and close to the sea, which made it easy to enjoy Cannes on foot. The place also has a cozy, slightly vintage feel, and it is very budget-friendly. The host was friendly, reliable, and easy to communicate with.
A few small practical issues: the balcony area could have been a bit cleaner and isn’t really suitable for drying clothes(since no clothes rack). Trying to use the oven would cause the electricity panel to switch off, and the shower fixture was a bit loose and would fall down, which made it tricky at times. We also had a temporary issue with hot water, which required resetting the boiler and took a while to come back.

The location was the best convenience for me due to having to be at the Palais daily.
No lights in the hallway and entrance to the staircase was very old and dilapidated.
