10/10 service from Nicholas, we needed a high chair for our stay due to having an infant with us and without asking Nicholas had already provided us with one in our flat upon our arrival, 10/10 price genuinely an incredible price for what you get, a big apartment in the centre of Glasgow with both en-suite shower & bathroom, they provide optional weekly housekeeping which is amazing, left the flat looking spotless literally. Nicholas is also great with communicating issues to guests. I’d rather stay here than places like the Hilton.
For the price I paid 0 complaints but the property could do with a couple repairs. I’m not complaining but this is just what could be improved. The floor board underneath the kitchen sink is loose and slips out, one of the electrical sockets on the right side beside the mirror in the double bedroom does not work this doesn’t really matter though as the one beside it works. When walking into the living room the radiator on the left side does not work and the metal on the radiator is loose sometimes slipping off. The radiator not working doesn’t affect anything as the apartments well heated up.
These are very minor issues and didn’t affect our stay at all so we never raised them with Nicholas but any major issues we had were quickly resolved by Nicholas after we reached out to him.

Enjoyed our stay, plenty space and the beds weee extremely comfortable but I like a soft mattress. Kitchen well equipped with everything you could need. Lift in the building was helpful after recent orthopaedic surgery. Had an issue with the TV and the staff were really nice and resolved the issue very quickly and she was friendly and efficient.
I don’t mind city noises but if you want a quiet and peaceful night then this might not be an ideal place. It’s a listed building that has the single glazed windows.

Good location
Very cold and no service assistance

It's a very convenient location, and the host was very friendly. Overall, the apartment is equipped with everything you might need.
Having lived in Glasgow, the apartment needs a lot of work. The windows are rotten (as most older builds are), and there's a constant draft of cold air coming in from all the windows; therefore, the heating had to be on most of the time. (Which I'm sure doesn't come cheap for the owner)
Same for the bathroom, the doors were rotten at the bottom because of the humidity. When the heating is on all the time, and you shower, that steam has nowhere to go.
The apartment I stayed in is really nice, but could use some work.

The property was in a good location, central to everything we wanted to visit, close to shops, restaurants and public transport. There was a detailed book with the apartment giving a lot of useful information. The area also felt safe. A maintenance problem was dealt with efficiently and communication was very good.
The telephone number given for the company turned out to be a Premium one and while sorting out the maintenance issue, which was not of our making, we incurred charges on our mobile phone.

The property was spacious with 2 good bedrooms and bathrooms. Good showers, comfortable beds and pillows
Good location for all attractions, shops, buses and trains.
Could be a little noisy at times but it’s a busy city so it’s to be expected. Didnt spoil our stay.

Lock box was difficult to open but all ok after that

The apartment is much bigger in person than it appears in the photos. I LOVED the location – even as a family with two young kids. It could be noisy at times, but the reality is you are in the heart of the city so that is to be expected. We walked anywhere and everywhere and hot tip, there are MANY good restaurants that do superb "To good to go" bags within walking distance (I especially recommend Cafe Nero and Costa Coffee). The apartment was super spacious so we could spread out and two bathrooms are super handy. Hosts were responsive and helpful. They even offer a cleaning/linen swap service which is so helpful for longer stays. WiFi was powerful enough to get us through 10 days of part-time work. It did drop every now and again but we got on just fine overall and were pleased.
I would say the addition of hooks to hang things would make this apartment even more family-friendly. But that's nitpicking.

We liked the fact that the property was very close to where we were working.
This property was quite disappointing and there were just too many issues that occurred during our stay at the property.
We didn’t like the fact that when we first arrived, the property was not cleaned properly. One of the bathrooms had hair on the floor, the chest of drawers, dining table/chairs and living room were dusty when we were arrived. I had to clean the dining table, so I could eat on it.
One of the bedroom door handles were broken and both bedroom doors were not closing properly. When the windows were open, the doors would open by themselves.
The oven knob broke while it was being used. A piece of boarding broke off under the oven on to the floor. One of the bedroom windows had issues opening and closing. A piece of wood, broke off from the side of the window on to the floor.
The most disappointing thing about the property is that the washing machine was faulty and locked my colleagues clothes in. We were not able to get the clothes out on the last day and we had to check out of the property. The clothes were left in the washing machine for days and the managers had to arrange for the washing machine to be removed from the property. My colleagues clothes were then taken out, washed and posted. Luckily the clothes were ok.
The duty managers were able to deal and resolve most of the issues. But their communication was not very good. Hopefully they are able to take this review seriously and make an effort to get things in order, before guests arrive into the property.

If you are going to Wifi at all, please beware of this listing. I booked this listing for a month while traveling. I wasn't able to connect to the internet at all the first day, and the only reason I was able to get someone to help is because someone from the staff entered my apartment while I had the chain lock on. I was startled and they were there to measure the windows, but I alerted them to the issue. They gave me the code to the router downstairs and that worked for a few hours. I let them know that it stopped working, and they brought another router. The router was very hit or miss, and they said that if I moved to the top floor that the router and Wifi should work better. The internet was still incredibly inconsistent with speeds of 0.83 Mbps download and 2.17 upload. So they moved me to another apartment complex, and the same thing happened with inconsistent internet. The shower curtain was also filthy and the TV didn't work. They did end up bringing a new shower curtain and a replacement TV, but the internet was failing. At this point, I was exhausted from reaching out, moving apartments, and trying to navigate work back in the US with inconsistent and extremely slow internet, so I decided to leave even though I had three weeks left at this place. Dreamhouse Apartments only refunded me for half of my stay even though there were days I didn't stay there. When I did more research to see if other people had similar experiences, I saw other reviews on Airbnb about them and other listings they have saying similar things about the internet and WiFi, so they must know this is an issue, and they have done nothing to fix this. This place feels like an absolute scam. Get people in, hope they don't need the internet, and if they do hope they leave before their last day then only refund them part of their money, keep the rest of their money, get new people in, and then repeat. BEWARE!

Our apartment was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a one week stay.
Location is great, right in the city centre. 10 minute walk to Glasgow Central station or the West End. No car park but there is on street parking or a Q-park 2 minutes away. Plenty of shops within walking distance.
Housekeeper was lovely, you do need to book your clean but they were more than accommodating.
Overall, great value for money compared to neighbouring hotels.
A reception would be a good feature, however there is an emergency number should you need anything.

Great location, very comfortable, all amenities that you would need, Lisa was amazing.
Renovating building next door so workman show up at 7:30 am Monday to Friday, not the fault of Dreamhouse. Everything thing else was very good.

Property was very centrally located in Glasgow with many bars/restaurants close by. A very short walking distance to both Sauchiehall Street and Buchanan Street, train stations and the subway also close by.
Whilst I appreciate this is a listed building, the single-glazed windows generated huge drafts within the main living area and did not stop the noise pollution from the drivers racing up and down St Vincent Street at night. As in other properties, secondary glazing would have solved the issues of the noise and cold, which we could not rectify with the additional heater in the property. The left bay window had a significant draft coming through (blind wafting 2-3 cm), and the radiator on this side did not heat up (although the hot water was in the pipes).
The bathroom had no loo roll holder and no shelving units to store toiletries, meaning we had to keep everything on the floor.
The bedroom had a tiny bed which was very soft and most uncomfortable. The thermostat in this room was also not working correctly, so it was either stiflingly hot or freezing cold, and impossible to regulate.
Overall a slightly disappointing stay given we were there for 2 weeks. This property would be better suited to the business traveller staying for 1-2 mights.

Whilst I had booked a one bedroom apartment, I was upgraded to a two bedroom apartment which was fine, very clean, full kitchen with appropriate utensils. The downside of this upgrade was the apartment was at the front of the building fronting the main street and also a side street. This made the front bedroom very bright from the street lights and thus traffic noise was more prevalent.
Traffic noise at night, especially Friday and Saturday nights when hoons in their hotted up vehicles competing to see who could make the loudest noise until after 3.00am in the morning. Trying to sleep was impossible until the hoons finally took off to wherever. Other nights there was still noise but sleeping in the back bedroom was slightly better and the room not so bright.

The central Glasgow location was very convenient for sightseeing, dining, entertainment, and getting to/from the airport. The apartment kitchen was well equipped for a 7 night stay, including dishwashing detergents and laundry detergent. Since we were 2 couples travelling together, having 2 bedrooms was a definite plus for us.
The apartment was not as fresh and updated as the photos on the website. During our stay, there was quite a bit of night time street noise.

a bit noisy at night with all those racing cars.

it was mostly quiet at night. people in other apartments were quiet. one time I did get a response because we didn’t have internet. it was what we needed at the time. oh and a shower map was brought because our shower was super slick.
when I tried to get ahold of someone once I never got any kind of response. our travel plans changed and never got any kind of word about any kind of possible refund. never had freshened sheets or towels.got a note on Tuesday after we were there 9 days on Wednesday we would get fresh linens but we had to pull them off and put them outside apartment. ended up leaving on Thursday at 245am to catch a flight.
