A nossa estadia foi maravilhosa, o imóvel cumpre com tudo que propõe no anúncio, muito bem localizado, próximo a várias atividades, comércio e pontos turísticos de Salvador. Os proprietários são muito atenciosos e educados.

Vivo em Salvador, conheço bem o bairro e esta estadia me tirou do sufoco de uma reforma no meu imóvel. Como não fomos na qualidade de turistas, estivemos todo o tempo no apartamento, o que torna a nossa avaliação com maior nível de exigência. A localização é excelente e o imóvel é um quarto e sala bem espaçoso, com área de serviço com máquina de lavar e varal, com uma vista linda do mar e do por do sol. Apesar de ser poente, tem uma ótima ventilação. Os anfitriões são muito atenciosos, prestativos e resolveram os contratempos com rapidez. O imóvel está precisando de uma boa reforma, de melhores móveis e utensílios, é simples, sem luxos. Os proprietários já estão programando estas mudanças e aí vai ficar nota 10. Enfim, nenhum dos contratempos me impede de avaliar muito positivamente estes dias em que me senti em casa.

Tudo perfeito, Iracema foi muito gentil em tudo ! O Ap é perto de tudo do Shopping Barra, Padaria e 15 minutos apé da Praia do Porto da Barra . Sem contar a vista linda que o apartamento tem, da para ver o por do sol no mar... lindo
