Everything was perfect

The hotel was very nice. It’s located in the best neighborhood of Bucaramanga with amazing view of the mountains and the city. It was a beautiful golf course which my husband enjoys very much. It also was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very professional and on top of everything. Ericka at the front desk was very sweet and the waiters at breakfast were very attentive just like the door men.

The quality of the food at the restaurants was not good except for the breakfast and the PUNTA ESTE restaurant. But what really surprised us is that if you loose the room key card they charge you $13 dollars like seriously??? I travel all over the world and this was the first time I have ever been charged for a key card.

The view, the size of the rooms, the staff at the counter and restaurants.

Primaraly the administrative staff. I have requested several times a revision concerning some fees i was charged for but unfortunately, no one provided any support regarding the claim. I even followed up with the general office but my comunication was also ignored. Giving this experience, i must state that if one seeks for resolution from higher levels than the front desk staff, this place is not the ideal place, so good luck with your stay. Additionally and less important, wifi in my room didnt work at night so i was sent to work in the lobby. The west wing of the building is significantly affected by traffic noise from the main street- surprising for a Hotel in a private condominium. Make sure your rooms is opposite to the traffic. Furthermore, the room lacked basic safety features such a lock on the interior. There were also no signs to indicate “ Do not disturb” so be prepare for some one knocking at the door any time. I observed and documented small cockroaches walking up the wall in the bathroom. All of these concerns led me to concluded that the over all conditions and service do not justify the high price charged.
