Comfort Apartment 5 is a basement apartment.

Host Dorthe was lovely about allowing an earlier checkin, easy entry, room clean and tidy.

We arrived to find comfort apt 5 is underground, and also borders both the road and a busy driveway servicing several residences. It is not stated in the listing that the accommodation is underground, which contravenes booking.com policy; customer service staff state this is important information that must be clearly visible on the listing. We've used booking.com extensively, our first poor experience. There was no alternate apartment available at this site, and staying underground for a week (for a long awaited holiday with family we rarely see) was not acceptable to us. We booked elsewhere at extreme cost (peak season), and sent a polite email requesting a full refund, on the basis that this information was unreasonable to withhold from the customer, we would not have booked had we known. Dorthe immediately declined the request, claiming the listing clearly states the apartment is underground (we disagree), and then ceased all comms for 6 days. Despite several respectful email requests she has failed to provide us with any evidence to support (if provided, we would withdraw the request for a refund). We consider (and several other reviews support) her behaviour as obstructive and discourteous at times. She emailed us stating she would waive the cleaning fee out of courtesy (for an apartment we did not use). Owner does not appear to understand basic consumer law, that if a listing is misleading by omitting important information that would impact on booking, a full refund is owed if requested. Booking.com customer service have also been ineffective, and despite agreeing verbally that the listing needs updating, with a full refund indicated, they have accepted (as case closed) the owner declining a refund, or not answering the phone. We have sought independent legal advice, this is in progress. (The other apartments aboveground are probably very nice) *The room has 2 small single beds pushed together, not a large double bed as advertised.

The boiler broke on one day so no hot water, but they fixed it within the day, so not really a problem.

Pleasant, s short walk 10m to ski lift. Lots of storage and large ski room

Spaced and clean, comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped. Lots of storage. Short walk to ski lift or bus stop just outside the building. Lots of restaurants and large supermarket 5m drive away.

Nit a lot of natural light, it’s quite dark and there is no view in suite 2, so needed lights in all the time. It’s would be good to have a washing machine or laundry service in the building.

Fantastic

Great apartment, very clean and comfortable. The accommodation has a link with the INTERSPORT at the gondola so you can store your skis and boots there to avoid taking them back to the apartment every day which was great.

It is around a 20 minute walk from the town centre, about 10 minutes from the ski lift (uphill). But there is a ski bus you can use.

Modern , clean, comfortable apartment within easy reach of the Nasserein gondola.

It was great to have fresh bread / baked goods delivered to the apartment in the morning. Good restaurant options nearby (Theo's, St Antonio pizzeria and Sonnegg) - booking recommended. We also liked the friendly Keller Bar which has a pool table that the kids enjoyed.

It would have been great to know in advance that the ski depot at Intersport was included although Intersport did kindly refund what I had paid upfront.

great location, beautiful big modern apartment, should buy better pillows

big appartements modern, well furnished and clean. it was great to have a private sauna in one of the bathrooms. the location is fine, just a short walk to the slopes.

the bedroom with the private bathroom with the sauna doesn’t have a window you can open. it was difficult to get fresh air in the bedroom, we had to open a window in the living room and leave the bedroom door open to get a little bit of fresh air, it would get really hot at night even with the radiators off in both the bathroom and bedroom. the pillows are terrible.

Beautiful and clean apartment!

Brand new and very clean apartment with good facilities. Also the host Eva was very helpful and friendly.

Distance to town is approx 15 min by foot, but a skibus is available and the nearest skilift is closer.

Great stay, would very much advice this place.

The ski bus stops right in frond of the door, every 30 min. Else it is a 10-min walk (500 m). The fact however the apartment includes a place to sore ski's or snowboard and shoos right at the slope is a big plus. The apartment is Spacey, new, well-equipped and very clean. Also, 3 times a week new towels are given.

You can hear people in above apartments walk, so if you are sensitive to sound, bring some earplugs. There is no good place to dry wet gloves or clothing. A small dry rack would be nice to have.

Apartament był wyposażony we wszystko co było mi potrzebne łącznie z ekspresem do kawy.

Ponieważ apartament jest na parterze stąd ograniczony dostęp do światła dziennego wynikający z konstrukcji budynku. Nie mniej jednak nie stanowiło to problemu.

Super Aufenthalt in moderner Wohnung

Lag der Suiten war super, uns Appartment war im Keller und nicht ganz ideal gelegen - aber das ist Klagen auf hohem Niveau. Die Betreuung ging über Whatsapp, Krystina spricht zwar kein Deutsch oder Englisch, übersetzt sich das dann aber auf dem Handy und ist super nett und kümmert sich prompt.
