Obiekt usytuowany jest w bardzo dobrym miejscu, blisko na plażę, blisko do promenady i do centrum, jeśli ktoś chce poszwędać się i zrobić zakupy, blisko sklepy spożywcze. Rewelacyjną opcją jest miejsce parkingowe w cenie wynajmu, auto stoi na garażu! Na wyposażeniu bardzo dużo sprzętu.
Jest kilka niedociągnięć: owieszone drzwi wejściowe, szurają o próg i trzaskają, rolety w oknach już są dość zmęczone, łóżka dosyć miękkie i mało stabilne, na dużym podwójnym czuje się jak na dmuchanym materacu, czuć jak obraca się druga osoba, krany wymagałyby regulacji/odkamienienia bo chodzą bardzo skokowo. Brak mikrofalówki może przeszkadzać.

Plac zabaw dla dzieci, miejsce parkingowe pod zadaszeniem, przestronne pokoje wraz z aneksem kuchennym. Układ funkcjonalny pomieszczeń i tarasik z wyjściem na plac zabaw dla dzieci. Godziny ciszy nocnej bardzo rozsądne.
W obiekcie brakuje mikrofali, suszarki i drobnych sprzętów codziennego użytku które są już standardem w wielu miejscach. Zaskoczył mnie brak ręczników i podstawowych kosmetyków - za tą cenę to w mojej opinii nie powinno mieć miejsca.
