Great location, not big enough for 5 people
The apartment has a great location, few minutes walk from the sandy beach in Rowy. The sand is fine and clean and beach shallow which is great for children. The beach was overcrowded but it didn't stop us from having fun on the beach. The weather was, as usual at the Baltic Sea coast, unpredictable and out of 5 days we were able to enjoy only 2 of them on the beach. There is a supermarket in a short walking distance and plenty of restaurants. Reserved parking space was provided, and a person was awaiting us after we texted the apartment half an hour before arrival. Both the lady who awaited us there and the lady on the phone were kind and helpful, they provided us with extra information. The apartment is clean, has a balcony, and little kitchen with appliances. It is spacious enough for 2 people or a couple with 1-2 little children.
First of all you have to be aware that this is an apartment and not a hotel. There were no towels provided, I don't mean beach towels, I mean no towels at all. However, when we asked, we got them. The apartment is not cleaned throughout your stay. There is no reception. The apartment is located on the second floor with no elevator. The parking spaces are extremely tight and being a driver over 20 years it took me each time a while to park a car. Somebody scratched our car deeply over the first night, it was a diagonal long scratch so most likely done on purpose. This is not a great location to explore the Baltic Sea coast. It is great if you park your car and stay there all the time but if you need to leave frequently, you need to take time to drive out of crowded parking lot, through a promenade full of people, and finally through side roads before you reach after ~30 min a main road to go anywhere else. It was advertised as an apartment for 5 people, however it was a one bedroom apartment. The bedroom was very tight, just enough for a twin and and a single bed. It had a wardrobe as well. The windows of the bedroom went into a square between apartments and was noisy in the evening. We booked for five people, and the other two slept on the futon/coach in the kitchen area. I think this apartment would be great for 2 people or for family of 2 with one or two small children. We were four adults and a child and it was too tight. There was enough space for suitcases of 3 people, keep in mind there was only one wardrobe. The shower cabin is as tight as you can imagine and there was mould in it. To be fair the mould it only visible when you get inside and close the door, so the cleaning personnel may have easily missed it while cleaning. Shower handset holder keeps falling apart. The table in the kitchen was actually a little desk, meaning you could sit at to it only from one side.

Perfect location to get to the beach - just two minutes walk! Many small restaurants nearby. The apartment had a nice balcony. Quiet at night. WLAN OK.
