With a gourmet kitchen, private backyard oasis and 2 decks overlooking the pool, this single unit property provides the perfect East Coast escape for a family or group. Walk no more than a block or 2 to discover a plethora of shops and delicious restaurants, along with white-sand beaches and the marina!

A well-manicured lawn and tropical tree-lined landscape welcomes you to your private Florida holiday at ‘Salty Dogs Beach House.’ Inside the home, you’ll find 2,000 square feet of coastal-themed living space embellished with blue-hued accents, white furnishings and charming beach treasures.
Walk less than 5 minutes to grab lunch at The Ugly Grouper, a local favorite, or utilize the fully equipped kitchen for a homemade dish. Boasting state-of-the-art GE and Bosch appliances, granite countertops and a large center island, the kitchen makes cooking for 6 an effortless task.
Have a quick bite at the breakfast bar set for 4 or sit down for a more formal meal at the 6-person dining table.
Further enhance your sunny escape with an al fresco feast! Choose from one of the 3 furnished decks to dine with a view of the marina, or find a seat on the backyard patio to enjoy your food poolside.
Take one of the provided beach bikes out for a sunset cruise across the island and, afterwards, enjoy the evening’s mild temperatures with a leisurely swim in the private pool or soothing soak in the attached spa.

We stayed here with our children and their grandparents. This home was stocked very well with things that you often have to go out and by (paper towels, toilet paper, etc.). They had a ton of beach towels which is a huge plus when flying. The pool was great and the great room was perfect for us all to gather. Only 2.5 blocks to the beach. We had some issues with the a/c unit and the owner was quick to resolve the issue. Largest downside was that it was adjacent to a couple of businesses that were fairly noisy at 7am, but not very looks throughout the day. We loved our stay and would recommend for all ages or groups.
