Location, view. Availability of a close by parking. Nice kitchen.
The apartment had a strong smell of detergent, impossible to breathe. So we washed the floor. The floor was extremely dusty, especially under the armchairs. The smell after that was almost gone. The bed sheets and pillows left doubts if they were fresh. At least they didn’t smell on detergent, which made it bearable.

Die Lage war Top. Mitten in kleinen Altstadt gelegen, gleich um die ecke das ,,Stray Cat,, eine super Bar in der auch gut gegessen werden kann und keine 5 Gehminuten entfernt die Strandpromenade mit herlich klarem Wasser.

Wonderful location, close to everything. The facilities and condition of the apartment are very good. There is night life on the island but it is not audible in the room. The bed is very comfortable. Parking is 5 minutes away, but you can stop for loading and unloading. It is a little jewel of an island.
