About this cottage rental

Our guesthouse is a newly renovated cottage located in downtown Weaverville, 10 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 12 min from downtown Asheville. We are walking distance to restaurants, shopping and breweries, all in the heart of Downtown Weaverville. We are also a short driving distance to hiking, biking, more restaurants, breweries and fun in Asheville. The guest space is a perfect a couples getaway or a personal retreat. The cottage has lots of light, vaulted ceilings, making it feel very spacious and cozy all at the same time!

The owner provides coffee which is great for us slow morning movers. Wish we had more time to enjoy the outside seating and fire pit areas but just too busy this trip. Would stay here again and make time

We enjoyed this perfect for 2 cottage. The home had everything we needed and was just a block off Main Street Weaverville. Very quiet location so we felt like we were on vacation but only 15-20 minute easy drive to Asheville.

Our second stay at Natalie & Matt's cottage. Spent three nights over Christmas weekend visiting our son and his family. The cottage is exactly as described. It is one block from Main Street and its shops. It is also convenient to Asheville and all that the city has to offer. We are already looking forward to our next visit .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Weaverville. This is the perfect location to enjoy a relaxing trip to Asheville and comforts of a small town. While there was construction happening right outside our door at the main house, we did not feel disturbed. I recently stayed with my husband and daughter. Natalie made the place feel like home! We were welcomed with a sweet card and a local snack. The place was very clean, easy to access and a perfect location for being able to walk downtown Weaverville, which is such a cute town. The owners were great with communication and the cottage was well equipped. The place was clean and perfectly situated within walking distance to the great restaurants and brewery of Weaverville. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone/couple needing a getaway. Weaverville is a nice distance to Asheville if you want the city, but also nice distance from many outdoor recreation opportunities and site seeing.

After a full day of fly fishing with Curtis Wright Outfitters in Weaverville, the cottage was a perfect, cozy spot to get a restful night’s sleep. We walked to the restaurant that is literally in their backyard for supper and the next morning walked just a few blocks to a cute breakfast place. Our host, Natalie, was very responsive to texts and made our two night stay just perfect!

Everything about our stay in Weaverville was great. This cottage is so cute, it’s decorated so nice and is very comfortable. There is a nice walking trail downtown and a pretty park in town. We enjoyed some great food at the Yellow Mug, Well-bred Bakery and the Twisted Laurel. The cottage is in a very quiet neighborhood but just a block from Main Street where the shops and restaurants are. It’s just a short drive to Asheville and/or The Biltmore.
