The young man who checked us in was the epitome of kindness. His name was Diego and he was super friendly. His calm demeanor made the process so pleasant. I would gladly stay at you resort again.

The staff and check in was quick and easy, after a day traveling and multiple issues it was helpful that check in was easy and quick.
