This adorable and affordable, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is ready for your next trip to North Myrtle Beach. This condo received a fresh makeover of new paint and new furniture to go along with the newest kitchen remodel. Everything from updated cabinets, to countertops and even the kitchen sink! The owner has added a new Keurig, so pack your k-cups. The HVAC and hot water heater systems have been re-installed in summer 2019.

The perfect location, at the intersection of 17th Avenue and Ocean Blvd., gives you easy walking access to a local beachfront cafe (Molly Darcy's) for lunch or dinner, a giant tacky beach store for great souvenirs and an ice-cream and hot dog stand with sidewalk seating. There is an adventure theme mini-golf within a short ,3 block walk that the kids will LOVE!
HIGHLIGHTS: Relax in the wonderful rocking chairs on this 5th floor, corner unit, balcony with great beach breezes and skyline night views that will WOW! You will oooohhhh and aaaahhhh over the westerly sunsets! As an added bonus, the owner offers use of their beach chairs (4) and beach umbrella (1) with boogie boards and some beach toys too. This is a great end unit with lots of bright light and wood flooring and updated conveniences. There is a TV in each bedroom, along with washer/dryer and dishwasher in the unit. The owner has just updated the HVAC system and hot water heater (2019)

This condo is ocean front with great views! It is close to barefoot landing and Mainstreet. We really enjoyed being so close to everything. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be back.

100% the best location in North Myrtle, we fell in love with the condo as soon as we walked in. Beds were extremely comfortable and the condo was very clean. We loved the wrap around balcony and rocking chairs.
Will most definitely rent again next year!

Place was clean,fully equiped, even had beach chairs and toys, if you have children. Bedrooms were small, bed was very comfortable. Good parking.

The views were amazing.I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room.I had to clean before we could unpack.We didn't get in the room until the office was closed and it was Saturday and they were closed on Sunday. So I called Monday to let VRbo know about the nasty mess ,they were very nice and apologized,I had to clean on My vacation.Anyway a maid showed up Tuesday to clean the mess that I had already cleaned up...lol. Anyway the room was just right for 4 people,Beds were comfortable and thats a plus in my book.VIEW WAS GREAT. ".The washer and dryer was nice.The first bedroom shower head needed to be changed I forgot to tell them about that.rusted where the water wouldn't flow,so we all 4 used 1 shower.Be sure to take extra toilet paper apparently there is still a shortage,because the only give you 1 roll and you are responsible for the rest and trashbags and please don't forget your cleaning supplies..lol.So if you love an Amazing view and don't mind alittle hair in the drain and dirty mirrors and sand on the floors,dirty dishes in the cupboard and rusty faucets. THIS IS YOUR PLACE.By the way if you came after me..Your welcome,its a lot cleaner when I left then when I came.
