About this apartment rental
Located only 15 minutes east of Pensacola Beach and 10 minutes west of Navarre Beach, this waterfront condo sits on the Santa Rosa Sound, perfect for families and couples looking for a seaside getaway. Condo includes canoe and fishing gear to use off the condominium dock. Free cable and parking available. There are restaurants and shopping nearby as it is situated between Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach.
The Space
Condo sits in a private, tranquil area on the water. Entire condominium is 14 units. Upon arrival, condo unit is unit J on the first level. There is one bedroom with a Queen size bed and one bathroom with washer and dryer inside as well as towels and toiletries. Kitchen area is stocked with cooking supplies and dishes. Living room area includes a pull out couch and flat screen TV with free cable and movies. Outside balcony overlooks the water and views from the beach. The storage unit downstairs includes beach supplies, bikes, canoes, and fishing gear to use at any time during your stay.

Access to Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach can be via Highway 98 or Scenic Highway along the beaches of the Gulf of New Mexico. The Gulf Breeze zoo and flea market are 5 minutes away. Downtown Pensacola is approximately 20 minutes west of Navarre with resturaunts and night life, as well as the Navy Muesuem and Base are other attractions in Pensacola. Fort Walton Beach is approximately 20 minutes east of Navarre with restaurants, shopping, and a movie theater, as well as Okaloosa Island and Destin make for perfect day trips.

This condo was perfect! So clean and cozy,felt like home! This condo was so well stocked with everything, so if you forget something at home or the grocery store no worries because Sharon probably has it available at the condo. We had packed everything we needed but it was nice to know the items was available for use if we needed them. The storage room below had lots of useful items also. We didnt have room in our car for our beach chairs and we was so glad to see that Sharon had some in the storage room available for us to use. The snacks and beach bag with towels and sun screen ready to be used was a nice treat! Did I mention how clean it was!! Cleaness is the first thing I look for when renting a place to stay and I recommend this one 100% Sharon is so nice and friendly and made us feel very welcomed! Thank you Sharon!!! We enjoyed our stay!

Very well appointed unit in quiet area. Bed was comfortable and unit was very clean. This unit had everything you might have forgotten to bring along with prepared beach bag waiting for you. Owner was very responsive and helpful. View over the water looked like it was right at our feet.

This property met all my expectations. It was surprisingly stocked with everything we needed, including lots of extras. The owner was available to answer all my questions and was very friendly. I would recommend it to anyone.
