I absolutely loved this place. While it was intended as a vacation for my partner & I during a training I had, he had a work emergency and was unable to come at the last minute. The home is beautiful- I could not imagine a more amazing dream home. The owner and property manager were truly amazing. They made the check in process easy & gave excellent recommendations for where to go for dinner, etc. I was not able to use the jacuzzi during my stay due to the business of my work trainings, but would have loved to. The jacuzzi is on a deck overlooking the water and is breathtaking. Each morning when I had my coffee, a female red tail hawk would come and keep my company. I looked forward to seeing her every morning and having her hang out with me. If you are debating due to the price, I would recommend going here. You won’t regret it. It was clean, accommodating, and so beautiful. On the last day I ended up breaking my foot in three places & tore my Achilles. The property manager went above and beyond to assist me since I was alone during the check out process. The kindness went above & beyond. The location is also very safe and quiet, which was an added bonus. I cannot imagine anyone having a single thing to complain about. It is truly amazing. I would love to stay again here in the future with my partner. There has never been a more beautiful place. As an ocean person who works in emergency response, I’ve seen a lot of beaches. The beaches in close proximity are breath taking.

Might be our favorite VRBO ever! The views are immaculate! Everything you could ever need is provided such as cooking supplies, dishware, detergent for washing machine, ect. The property managers are quick to answer questions and are very kind. Definitely add this property to your list of stays! You won’t regret it!

Great location above the water. Lots of stairs but good exercise moving from level to level. Full equipped kitchen. But the coffee maker was very difficult to use.The view of the largest bedroom was phenominal!Good instructions for parking etc. And good contact with owners when we had questions.Hardest for us (as seniors) was streaming on the tv For our favorite show and the sound on actual TV was turned off. Fortunately i located the button on the side of the screen.

Our group of friends wanted to take a couple of days to relax outside of SF and see some beautiful views, and this was the perfect spot. The little community is easily walkable, the views unbeatable, and the grill and hot tub make it easy to just stay in and enjoy. Well stocked kitchen had everything we needed to cook after stocking up in Petaluma, but the coastal kitchen was also a nice stop after walking to the beach. Such a lovely house, clean and well maintained.

I booked this amazing home for a surprise 45th birthday trip for my partner. From the first step into the home I knew I had booked the perfect location. Walking into the living room with floor panoramic views of the ocean was just breath taking. We quickly toured the home and found the master bedroom. Once again, the views were priceless. We quickly looked over the rules of the house and made our way out to the hot tub. Life doesn't get much better when you're sitting in a hot tub with the love of your life looking out into the expansive ocean. The home was very clean and came with so many amenities. The communication with the owners was very prompt. I couldn't ask for a more romantic birthday surprise. Waking and going to bed with the sounds of the ocean is just plain good for your soul. We came home feeling renewed, refreshed and grateful that we got to experience a little slice of heaven. We will be going back to visit for sure. Than you for sharing your amazing home with us.

The Bluff House was exactly what we needed for our family birthday gathering. The view is mesmerizing!! Five full bedrooms with amazing linens. Jessica and David were perfect hosts. They have thought of every little detail to make this a home away from home! The fireplace heated the entire house. We never needed to turn on the thermostat!

We spent a wonderful couple days at this house in March. The sunsets are beautiful. The neighborhood is very quiet. It is a perfect getaway to relax and recharge. The pictures don’t do it justice. The sound of the waves is awesome. There are five separate bedrooms two upstairs and three downstairs. The main bedroom on the second level has phenomenal views. Two bathrooms, one on each level. Plenty of space for 8 people. We parked a Chev Suburban in the detached garage, it was a snug fit but it worked. The hot tub on the deck is also a special experience, looking at the stars and listening to the ocean. The property managers are very responsive. I also enjoyed all the notes marking where everything is, it was really helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The views from this home are stunning. And I’ll add that being able to hear the waves and sounds of the ocean are an added bonus. A trail with access to the ocean is just a short walk away and has its own beauty with ravines and running waterfalls. My two girlfriends and I enjoyed sitting in the wooden chairs provided outside at ground level - at the overlook. There are also two separate seating and table areas outside the home on the deck for sipping morning coffee, reading, snacks, whatever your heart desires. The home is well appointed with all the amenities needed and was spotless and welcoming. It is a soothing space that never felt too small (or considering the number of bedrooms, too large). Hosts instructions were clear and helpful. It was a much needed, relaxing getaway in a beautiful spot.

The views are stunning- waking up in the master bedroom to see the waves crashing all around you was incredible. Loved the fireplace- really easy to get a fire started, and it warmed the entire upstairs (which was great, because there was no power when we arrived due to insane storms). Beds were comfy, linens very nice. The only slight negative for me was the kitchen equipment, which was what you expect from a rental- thin, worn out pans and dull knives. Next time I would bring a cast iron pan and a nice knife, then I'll have everything I need! If you're not much of a cook, you probably won't even notice. Jessica was very helpful and responsive.

This lovely and well equipped home sits right on the ocean giving beautiful views and sounds. We visited during a rainy winter week and loved watching the variety of weather. Two of the bedrooms face the ocean. Wi-Fi was very good but cell phone coverage is non existent if you have ATT. Very clean and well stocked. Quite a few stairs so it was nice to have lots of night lights. There are plenty of puzzles and games.

Dave and Jessica's home was perfect for two families with adult children spending the week together. Views are amazing, the sounds of the waves, gorgeous sunsets, stargazing from the jacuzzi, nearby hikes and walk to the beach - absolutely wonderful! House is very comfortable , well-appointed with thoughtful amenities and all basic supplies. We would have liked more space in the kitchen for our food/pantry items but that did not deter from our enjoyment of our stay. Dave was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely return!

This house is extraordinary and you can’t get much closer to the magnificent Pacific Ocean. The house was everything we needed it to be. The owners made sure we got in okay and made sure we knew they were available for any concerns. We had none.
