To miejsce zakwaterowania jest bardzo atrakcyjne dla rodziny (2 + 3) lub dwóch par przez fakt posiadania dwóch sypialni z własnymi łazienkami + w pełni wyposażoną kuchnią. Każda z sypialni posiada również własny taras/balkon. Wszystkie te pomieszczenia posiadają klimatyzację, która jednak trochę słabo i z opóźnieniem chłodzi. Wi-Fi i parking są darmowe. Czyste ręczniki są dostarczane przez właścicieli co 2 dni.
Budynek jest nowy, w pełni wykończony dobrymi materiałami (np. parkiet w sypialniach). Podobnie otoczenie. Zwraca uwagę duża dbałość o czystość.
Budynek stoli na stoku w odległości ok 200-300 m od morza, ale rekompensowane jest to cichszym otoczeniem, z ładnym widokiem na zatokę.
Nad morzem jest kilka sympatycznych barów i restauracji. W pobliżu dom towarowy (market).
Miasteczko Igrane jest nieduże, co powoduje, że nie ma "przewalających" się tłumów turystów.
Gospodarze są bardzo sympatyczni i pomocni. Okresowo pomieszkują na parterze budynku.
