THE BUNK BEDS WILL ONLY ACCOMMODATE CHILDREN 12 OR YOUNGER. Our professionally furnished, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath unit is designed for your comfort.
Step through the door and you immediately notice the beautifully tiled flooring,the high ceilings and the many upgrades throughout.
Walk out onto your 6'x25' private balcony from your master bedroom or living area and take in the spectacular, panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Sit and relax or have your meals out on the balcony and enjoy the warm, tropical breezes from the gulf.
The living/dining area is complete with a flat screen TV and plenty of room to relax after a day of fun in the sun. The dining area seats six comfortably around the table and provides additional seating at the breakfast bar.
The master and additional bedroom, which are tastefully decorated, also have flat screen TVs and a dresser/chest for you to unpack and feel at home.
The master bathroom is complete with a separate shower, garden tub and a double vanity. Private access to the additional bathroom through the second bedroom.
The third bedroom is complete with bunk beds and a dresser.
The kitchen with upgraded GE appliances and granite counter tops is fully equipped with plenty of utensils, plates, and cookware. A coffee maker, blender, toaster and many other items are also here for your convenience.
The laundry room features a stackable front load washer and dryer. No need to search for a laundromat.
The complex features two pools of 11,000 SF and a unique zero-gravity design. A fountain and lounge chairs with umbrellas adorn the pool deck adding to the relaxing atmosphere of Destin.
Cabana Cafe', the onsite restaurant, is sure to be a favorite. Their extensive menu features everything from hot dogs and hamburgers to fine dining.
Most love walking on the beach to get their exercise but a fitness center is available for those who prefer to stay in.
The beautiful beaches are just steps away as well as the 18 hole golf course, 8 tennis courts and the famous Silver Sands Outlet shops.

Property was as listed. Check-in was easy. Overall great experience and close to the beach. The pools were a plus also, my son really enjoyed that part

The unit is in an amazing location! The Cabana Cafe downstairs was absolutely delicious. We order takeout 3 times from there! They even had a little ice cream shop! We also got shaved ice several times after walking back from the beach. Did you read that right? WALKING back from the beach! There are also beach chairs and umbrellas to rent, too. The unit itself was very clean and spacious. It had some beach toys which were really helpful for our 3 year old. I would suggest bringing some door locks - we worried about our daughter getting out of her room and out the front door. Easily fixed with a baby lock! We walked to several yummy restaurants in the area and got to watch some storms roll in while we were on the balcony. Easily the best place we’ve stayed in the Destin area!

Plenty of room for 4 adults, each bedroom had a bathroom. The third bedroom worked for my 5 year old granddaughter. She loved the bunk beds! We loved how easy it is to get to the beach, good restaurants, and a nearby music venue. We spent time in the heated swimming pool as well.

Two adult couples - I booked because it said one King and one Queen bed - there is NO QUEEN bed in bedroom 2 -at best it is a double! Not a good condo for two couples -
