The exterior painting of all buildings at Waikoloa Colony Villas began, and will continue through approximately June 2027. Each building will take approximately two weeks to complete, and the entire property is expected to take about one year.
Please know that there is no garage access.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved everything about this condo and it was very comfortable. I’ve already reviewed this once and the only thing I would suggest, and this has nothing to do with the condo itself, is that the complex heat the pool. I also loved that there were two recliners in the living room! Kitchen was well stocked. The Ahualoa chocolate Mac nuts prompted me to go to the store in Honoka’a and get some to bring home even though I promised myself I wouldn’t buy any on this trip. That was a GREAT treat to leave in the condo. I would absolutely stay here again.

The room was clean and fresh. NO BUGS or CRITTERS.
There were a few things that I want to point out though. First the pull out couch in the living room was broken and very dangerous iron that I scraped my leg on. They definitely need to have that replaced. Second the recliner chairs makes a lot of noise when in use. Third their was no rice cooker available/provided. Room was not stocked up like other rooms.
