About this apartment rental
Romantic and stylish one bedroom/one bath luxury private condo located at the beachfront community condo complex, Playa Escondida, with community area pool, a tennis court, a pickleball court, and lovely garden spaces. Centrally located with easy access to bus and cabs (pulmonias) for local tourist attractions/tours, restaurants, shopping and Mazatlán's historic city center activities. Enjoy the third floor balcony with seating and gas grill, views of lush, tree-lined street. Easy access out gate to beach. Condo boasts a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, Washer/Dryer, and A/C.
Playa Escondida is known as the hidden beach and offers the best of tropical Mazatlan.
Inside space:
This newly renovated condo has a modern and comfortable living/dining area with new furnishings, Flat screen-TV with built in apps and Blu-Ray DVD player, ceiling fan and slider to the outdoor balcony. A fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare meals and includes all new stainless steel appliances: gas stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and dishes/utensils/pots and pans. There is also an ice maker in the fridge/freezer and a fresh water dispenser at the sink. The bedroom has an elegant yet comfy King size bed, quality linens, a large closet, personal safe for securing small belongings and a flat screen Smart TV with Blue Ray DVD player. The street facing balcony overlooks a quiet service road with a lush, tree-lined garden median and is a wonderful place to enjoy a beverage and the chatter of birds or to grill up fresh seafood for dinner. Additional condo amenities are A/C, new windows, washer and dryer in the unit and free Wi-Fi.
This is a third floor condo unit that faces a tree- lined street, accessed by three flights of stairs, there is not an elevator. As this is a private community condo association, there is a rental agreement that will need to be read and signed at the time of booking. There is daily garbage removal, and weekly housekeeping.
Parking is provided on site. There is a 3 block walk to the nearest bus stop. And cabs (pulmonias) are easily accessible also.
****Please Note: There is a 21 night minimum stay during the months of March to November and a 30 night minimum stay during the peak season of December 1st to March 1st.

Local activities like swimming, kayaking, biking, horseback riding, surfing, sailing, fishing, beach volleyball, tours and much, much, more are readily available.

Take a stroll or ride a bike along the 13 mile Malecon, to take in the beauty of the ocean and coastline. Playa Bruja is just to the north for beach activities and the Golden Zone and Old Town are just to the South. Enjoy shopping in the Plaza Machado and taking in the historic buildings, cafes, art galleries, and performances at the Angela Peralta Theater.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, is very well equipped and has the most comfortable bed!There is a lot of construction in the area and it was a bit noisy ...and they worked six-days a week, up to 8 pm. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice touch was the daily garbage pick up at the apartment and weekly cleaning. The grounds and pool were very well maintained, and the pool was about 89 degrees most days - very comfortable! Highly recommend!

I like this location: good for leisurely walks and shopping is easy to get to

Condo was well appointed. People at the Reception were friendly.
On the negative side, condo is located on 3rd floor with no elevator and faces the street. Overall pleasant stay. The host, Dena, is very attentive and efficient in communicating with client.
