About this apartment rental
This top (3rd floor) unit has elevator and covered parking for easy entry and exit. Bedroom arrangement: 2 kings, 4 double and one twin. Nicely decorated, located in an upscale community on quiet, wide family beach. Ocean Isle Beach is a great place to be on the North Carolina coast. OIB is a 7 mile long barrier island with a wide, uncrowded beach at the southern most part of North Carolina. The island is a quiet family oriented place surrounded by anything you could want in a vacation: great restaurants, literally hundreds of golf courses, fishing of all sorts, historical sites, shopping, swimming, sunning and the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach with all of its attractions is just 30 miles away. Our condominium, situated on the far west end of the island. Short walk to the Beach Access & Pool.

Excellent location and great for the three families we had. Enough space for all 12 of us. With just a little extra care and cleaning it would get 5 stars. It was clean enough for us but a good deep clean could go a long way. Host quickly answered all of my questions. We would stay here again for the location and amenities alone.

Our stay at Ocean Isle was wonderful this Condo is great size for a big family or group of friends to enjoy a relaxing vacation. With close Beach access and ocean front pool to enjoy.Communion with host was quick and easy.

The house was in a fantastic location — just a short 5-minute walk to the beach, which was perfect for our group. It also had plenty of space to accommodate all 13 of us comfortably, which was a big plus. The check-in instructions were clear and straightforward.However, there were a few issues that affected our experience. I reached out to the host on the day of arrival with a simple question about where to find the toilet paper in the house, but never received a response. Communication is an important part of any stay, so that was disappointing.Additionally, there was a leak under the kitchen sink when we arrived. A container had already been placed there to catch the water, and it was already partially full and smelled unpleasant — clearly not something that just started. We also noticed mold around the vents near the couch in the living room, which was concerning from a cleanliness and health standpoint.Overall, the location and size of the home were great, but the lack of communication and maintenance issues brought down the overall experience.
