Soprattutto la posizione
1 camera matrimoniale ed 1 camera doppia al 1° piano con 1 bagno e l'altro bagno al piano terra.

La posizione: vicina al lungomare e alla stazione e con buona possibilità di parcheggio; La silenziosità: nonostante la vicinanza alla stazione dei treni non si sentono rumori molesti (almeno in inverno)
L'assenza in casa dei contenitori per poter effettuare correttamente la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti; il materasso troppo morbido.

La posizione ottima. Vicina al mare, vicina al centro, vicinissima alla stazione del treno.
Come avevo già scritto in una precedente recensione, la struttura avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata. Bagni a parte, il resto é un po discutibile. Peccato perché é una casa con molte potenzialità. Con pochi accorgimenti sarebbe fantastica.
